Scope: Customer-facing summary of the 2026.07.05-R1 release.

You can now download invoices as PDFs, either one by one or in bulk, making it easier to manage and share your invoices. Additionally, you can export customer details via email if the process takes more than 10 seconds, and you can also bulk download or export your buyer and supplier lists in JSON format.

JomeInvoice also now includes an "email logs" tab for each invoice, as well as a global email log for all invoices. You can bulk export invoices with advanced filtering options, such as date range, requester, status, and date type. Furthermore, you can set default custom values for certain fields when uploading or using SFTP, and you can select identifiers for matching customer and supplier records.

Other improvements include the ability to regenerate PDFs for validated invoices, and a new setting to allow you to select identifiers for matching customer and supplier records. You can also filter invoices exceeding 10k, and the system now shows filters by default. The branch creation process has been improved, allowing you to key in a branch's primary email and use the entity's primary email as an option.

In terms of security, JomeInvoice now supports Enterprise SSO with Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace. You can also view the source history of invoices, including the transaction type, and the system now handles special characters in SFTP files and duplicate line items in large volume inbound files.

Some issues have been fixed, including problems with billing to buyer BRN, customer upload logs, and branch filters. The system now also correctly displays failed receipts in the import log, and the branch footer is saved correctly after refreshing. Overall, these updates aim to improve your experience with JomeInvoice and make it easier to manage your invoices and customer information.
