Share your e-invoice request link and QR code

3 min read · B2C businesses

The Request module lets your B2C customers request an individual e-invoice within 72 hours of their purchase — by scanning a QR code or following a link. You don't need to create the invoice manually; the customer fills in their own details and you approve.

How it works

  1. Get your request link and QR code

Go to Settings → Workspace Settings → Share. JomeInvoice provides a unique request URL and QR code for your workspace.

  2. Display or share it at point of sale

    Options for sharing:

    • Print the QR code — place it at your cashier counter, on receipts, or at the table
    • Share the link — include it on your website, in emails, or in messaging

When a customer scans or clicks, they land on a JomeInvoice-hosted form to enter their TIN, name, and address.

  3. Customer submits their request

The customer fills in their details. JomeInvoice validates their TIN against LHDN in real time — so by the time the request reaches you, the TIN is already verified.

  4. You approve and the e-invoice is issued

Incoming requests appear under Request → Pending. Review the customer details and click Approve. JomeInvoice converts the request into a valid e-invoice and submits it to LHDN.

The approved invoice is automatically excluded from monthly consolidation — so it won't be counted twice.

The 72-hour window for buyer requests starts from the time of the original purchase — not from when they submit the request. If they request after 72 hours, the request will be rejected.
